Volenti o nolenti il parlamento, nei regimi democratici, è lo specchio di un paese. Non a caso i parlamentari sono i nostri rappresentanti e nella rappresentazione che forniscono sono presenti tutte le virtù, ma anche tutti i vizi, degli italiani.
Ammesso che ad ogni tornata elettorale si selezionino gli individui più virtuosi per rappresentare l’Italia, questo significa che i nostri parlamentari eccellono: eccellono nelle virtù, ma eccellono anche nei vizi.
Allora non c’è da stupirsi se da oggi nel parlamento italiano si voterà per mezzo di uno strumento di riconoscimento delle impronte digitali, per impedire ai nostri rappresentanti di imbrogliare votando anche per i colleghi assenti.
